Today I would like to say a few words to you about this wonderful retirement home in the heart of Wannsee. When I came here for the first time, I was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. There is a warm and familiar atmosphere here, which is so rare to find. This is certainly the result of the commitment and passion of the entire team here at the retirement home. The nursing staff, the cleaning staff, the administration - every single employee contributes to making the residents feel comfortable and secure here. And that's what a retirement home should be: a place where older people are not only well cared for, but also find a home. A place where they are accepted in their life situation and can lead a fulfilled life. A place where they can make friends and build a social network. This retirement home offers all this and much more. I have seen so many happy faces here, heard so many positive stories. It's inspiring to see how much joy and satisfaction you bring to the residents. I want to thank each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication and passion. You make such an important contribution to society and I am sure you will continue to touch the hearts of the people here. Thank you.
